OUR SAFE STAY PROMISE
Our priority is to ensure that our teams and our guests safety is at the forefront of everything we do. It is also important to us that we deliver a welcoming and comfortable experience for all our hotel guests and that you enjoy your visit to London. We’ve always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and well being of our guests with the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Here are the key procedures we have put in place:
– Contactless check in and check out
– Contactless room service via our app or over the phone. Our full menu is available.
– Hand sanitiser provided in guests room and in all public areas
– Regular sanitisation of all key touch points within the rooms and in public areas
– Deep clean of each room every day using certified anti-bacterial products
– Team trained on all hygiene protocols and how to deal with guests who feel unwell
– Our linen, towels and other textiles items are laundered by a professional and trusted laundry facility
– Room only cleaned with guests are not present
EATING WITH US
The restaurant and bar is open daily from 11am until 11.30pm Monday – Thursday, 11am until 12.00pm Friday – Saturday and 11am until 10.30pm on Sundays. Our British, sustainable and seasonal menu features pub classics, artisan wood-fired pizzas and the best locally sourced Sunday roast.

The full a la carte menu is available for room service along with a comprehensive drinks menu from 12pm – 10pm daily (12pm- 9:30pm on Sundays).

Your food will be left outside your room
A breakfast hamper is available on request and including in your stay, please let us know the night before if you wish to have one.
ENTRANCE AFTER HOURS
A private entrance is available on St Barnabas Street for entry when the pub is closed. Should you have any after hours queries then please phone our night porter on 07921 214093.
Check-in is available from 2 pm – 12 am. We kindly ask our guests to check out between the hours of 8:00 am – 11 am.
For contactless check out please leave your key in you room, don’t forget to settle any outstanding bills before you leave.
For early check-out before 8:00am please arrange this the night before with the manager on duty. Should you arrive after 11pm please use the following number for the night porter who will show you to your room: 079 2121 4093

Your room has air conditioning, an iPod docking station and a 32” television with free view TV. The air conditioning is turned on by remote control in your bedside drawer. The TV and iPod docking stations are powered by remote, also located in bedside drawers.
There is a set of complimentary Aesop toiletries for your stay.
The Orange is committed to working towards preserving the environment. We will change your linen and towels every second night of your stay, unless you request other-wise or have left your towels on the floor. Rooms will be cleaned between 11am-2pm daily. Please advise us should you wish not to be disturbed (sign available in study drawer).

The Orange is part of the Cubitt House group, a unique collection of award winning gastropubs. We have another two public houses located within easy walking distance, both offering a distinctively different
experience to The Orange.
The Thomas Cubitt is located at 44 Elizabeth Street and has a relaxed pub

The Alfred Tennyson is located at 10 Motcomb Street in the heart of Knightsbridge never Hyde Park Corner. The restaurant is gracious and airy, with sash windows, panelled walls, leather arm chairs and open fires. The Grazing Goat is located at 6 New Quebec Street, in Marylebone, just behind Oxford Street and Marble Arch. This restaurant offers seasonal British cuisine and is beautifully decorated with large sash windows and an open fire place. The Coach Makers Arms is located on 88 Marylebone Lane right in the heart of Marylebone near Bond Street. It promises a Ground Floor pub with a focus on craft beers, a beautiful first floor restaurant and an underground cocktail bar, The 72, for those evening cocktails.
Both Victoria and Sloane Square stations are within walking distance of Pimlico road providing links to all areas in London. There are direct bus links right outside The Or- ange and on Buckingham Palace Road. Victoria Coach Station is located within 8 mins walking distance providing national and international links. The
Gatwick Express is located at Victoria Station.
Parking outside is The Orange is all pay and display and free on Sunday. Parking on St Barnabas Street is for residents only.
There is an NCP car park located on Semley Place. Semley Place is a 5 minute walk from The Orange, if you drive down Ebury Street then Semley Place is the second road on the right – there is a Shell service station on the corner of Semley Place and Ebury Street.
There is a Q-Park across Ebury Bridge which is £30 a day or £22 if you book in advance, this is a 5 minute walk from the pub.
The closest laundrette to The Orange is Mr Buttercup located at 49 Pimlico Road. Their contact phone number is 0207 730 2912. They can offer a same day service if laundry is dropped off first thing in the morning. Their shirt service has a two day turn around.
THINGS TO DO
The Orange is walking distance from some of London’s most famous theatres. The Apollo and The Victoria Palace are located near Victoria Station. The Royal Court is right on Sloane Square.
The local newsagent situated accross Pimlico square is open 8am – 10pm daily, should you require any toiletries or other items of convenience.
Point the remote control (in your bedside drawer) towards one of the two air grilles near the ceiling.
Turn on / off – press the POWER button until you hear a ‘beep’ & a small I appears in the top right of the screen
Temperature – use UP or DOWN buttons which will adjust the temperature which is shown on the screen
Fan speed – the button with a small fan should be pressed to increase or decrease fan speed
In very cold weather the unit may be used to provide additional heating to the radiatorsWe and the planet are grateful for every effort you make to turn off the system while you are not in the room.
This is set to 25 degrees.
Turn on / off – There is a manual valve on each radiator that can be turned anticlockwise for ON and clockwise for OFF
Turn on / off – press the blue STANDBY button. If the radio is not playing make sure the display states DAB by pressing the SOURCE button
Changing station – turn the TUNE knob until the desired station is on the display and press knob in to set
I-pod docking station: Connected to your DAB clock-radio
Connecting – Attach your i-Pod or i-Phone to the docking station then
press the blue STANDBY button on the clock-radio. Press SOURCE
until the clock-radio displays AUX

The Sony LCD television has built in FREEVIEW. The remote is located on the desk
